where do you put a dog on a plane for transport?

    Service Dogs are allowed on airplanes without a problem. I once sat across from a man who had a German Shepherd, who was absolutely the most well behaved passenger on board !

    Small dogs can ride along in soft carriers. They must stay in the carrier the whole flight.

    Some dog breeds are not allowed on airplanes (pit bulls, rotweilers and such).

    Some dogs ride in the Cargo area. It can get very hot or very cold, so most people don't do this any more.
