I don't get how the church would really care about homosexuality. if it was really so evil why did god create it? for those who don't know I don't believe in god

    It's about producing children to repopulate and carry on humankind. Homosexuality didn't produce children.

    Of course, making more of ourselves isn't a problem in today's world.

    Homosexual couples may not produce children, but they can provide a stable household for adoptive children. And heaven knows (to coin a phrase) we need more foster homes.
